on january 20th, jiangsu k-fine electric co., ltd performed 2004 mission debriefing and quality assessment of administrators at middle and senior level in the function room of the group. the host invited executives , relevant experts and staff to carry on an objective and just assessment to the achievement, behavior and capability of the reporters. there were 15 administrators at middle and senior level reporting their work. everyone should give a speech, answer questions and then wait for general manager’s comments. the meeting was well prepared, so the performances of the reporters were good and the atmosphere of the hall was high.
it was known that the activity was aimed at exchanging experiences, sharing knowledge and communicating of the institutionalization. the complete success of the activity marked the performance management of human resources had taken a step forward.
